  • 1 can (16 ounce size) cream-style corn
  • 1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2 cup crushed buttery round crackers, divided
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

In a bowl, combine corn, broccoli, half the crushed crackers, egg, onion and pepper. Place in a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish.

Combine butter and remaining crackers and sprinkle on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
