  • 2 cans (15 ounce size) chicken broth
  • 1 can (28 ounce size) crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (15 ounce size) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • salt and pepper, as needed

Combine the broth, tomatoes, beans, Italian seasoning, and frozen vegetables in the crock pot.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours or until heated through.

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper before serving, if needed
