Ready in: 30-60 minutes

  • 4 boneless pork chops (5 ounce size)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped white onion

Season the pork chops as desired with the salt and pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook, turning as needed, until browned on both sides.

Sprinkle the bell pepper and onion around the pork chops. Pour the salsa over all. Bring to a simmer then cover the pan.

Let the chops and vegetables simmer for 30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
