- 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, frozen
- 1 bag (10 ounce size) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup, reduced fat is fine
Place the chicken in the crock pot. Top with the frozen vegetables. Pour the soup, undiluted, over all. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked. Serve the chicken and sauce over noodles or rice.
