3 lbs. roundsteak cut into 1/2 inch thick strips
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 large onion chopped
few cloves garlic, crushed
1 green pepper, sliced
1 red peper sliced
2 cans (16 oz.) tomatoes
2 Tbs. beef bouillon
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. steak seasoning
2 Tbs. steak sauce
Toss steak strips in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Mix together beef boullion, Worcestershire sauce, and steak sauce and divide evenly into 2 bags if freezing for later use.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low 8 hours.
Serve with rice and a side salad.
