Pasta Carbonara

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
Whisk together above and set aside

3 Servings Spaghetti (1/2 lb ?)
Prepare Pasta

While pasta cooks:
2 TB Olive Oil
1 Diced Onion
2 Cups Diced Ham (6 - 8 Slices Boars Head Sweet Slice boneless Ham)
1/4 Cup Dry White Wine (Chardonay)

Heat Ham in oil
Add onion and saute until soft and ham slightly browned
Add Wine and deglaze until reduced

Drain pasta reserving 1/4 cup cooking water
Toss spaghetti into ham/onion mixture to coat
Remove from heat and quickly add eg mixture
Stir quickly untill sauce cooks and thickens
Add reserved water if necessary
