Columbia Restaurant Filet Steak

- 1 filet mignon (1 inch thick)
- salt and pepper
- 2 strips bacon
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup brown gravy
- 1/4 cup red wine
Salt and pepper filet steak and wrap in two strips of bacon. Saute onion, green pepper, and tomato sauce in 2 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes. Add wine and gravy. Broil steak and place in casserole. Pour hot sauce over it and bake at 450 degrees F for 2 minutes.
