  • 3 tablespoons dry ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 clove garlic

Combine the ground mustard and hot water in a small bowl and mix until it forms a paste. Add the paste to a blender.

Add the soy sauce, sesame seeds, and garlic. Cover the blender and process for 1 minute or until smooth.

Use the mustard sauce immediately, or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
