3 green onions, chopped
1 6 oz bag of cole slaw
3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
1/2 to 1 cup toasted sunflower seeds
1 3oz chicken flavor Ramen noodles crumbled and (chicken flavor pkg set aside)

dressing

1/4 c salad oil (good grade)
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce optional
1/2 to 1 teaspoon black pepper
chicken flavor package

Mix together and pour over slaw and stir

Note:
Can toast the crumbled noodles and seeds in a little oil. Mix the dressing several hours before serving and add to cole slaw just before serving to keep noodles crisp. Slaw will keep several days in fridge but noodles will not stay crisp.
