8 Bacon Slices
1 1/3 C Fresh Orange Juice
1/3 cup Brandy or Dry Sherry
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup Honey (more or less to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until very crisp. Remove bacon from pan; crumble. Discard drippings.
Add orange juice, brandy/sherry, vinegar, and honey to pan; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until reduced to about 1/2 cup.
Stir in crumbled bacon and pepper. Serve warm.
