3 cups granulated sugar (C&H)
3/4 cup unsalted butter
5 oz evaporated milk
12 oz chocolate chips or 12 squares of Bakers semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 jar (7oz) Jet Puffed Marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon real vanilla

Line a 9 inch square pan with foil and butter the foil.

Bring sugar, butter, and milk to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes or until 234F on candy thermometer stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add chocolate and marshmallow creme Stir until melted and add nuts and vanilla. Pour into pan and cool.
