4 chicken breasts, skinless boneless
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
4 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup Marsala wine

Pound chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap until about 1/4 inch thick.

Combine the flour, salt, pepper. oregano, abd dredge the chicken pieces in flour mixture and shake off the excess.

Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken breasts for about 2 minutes until both sides are lightly browned.Stir in the mushrooms. Add the wine and cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Serves 4
