- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
Combine the sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved. Increase the heat and bring the mixture to a boil for just one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips. Stir until the chips are completely melted. Spread immediately on cooked and cooled cake or cupcakes.
