- 3 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon extra hot chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon naga morich chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy steak seasoning powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer then reduce the heat to low. Let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store the oil in a covered jar.
