Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp butter buds + 1 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar
approx. 1/2 cup water (adjust as necessary)
1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips


Directions:

Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl. In electric mixer combine the butter buds(plus their water) and vanilla. Beat on low. Slowly add the sugar while the mixer is still going. Add water until the consistency is right (sticky [sticking to the bowl]. Add chocolate chips while the mixer is STILL going. Stop the mixer. Refrigerate the dough until firm (45 minutes - 1 hour). Form into balls or eat it right away. It will last in the refrigerator for a few weeks, but ours is always gone by then!
