Mississippi Mud Cake

The cake:

2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Topping :

1 jar marshmallow cream

Frosting :

1 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk

For the cake, mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9X13-inch dish that’s been greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. While still warm, spread the marshmallow cream over the cake. Then mix together the frosting and spread over the marshmallow cream. It will look like mud, hence the name.
