Brown Sugar Frosting for Cakes

Ingredients

2 cups brown sugar
6 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup powdered sugar
Chopped pecans

Place brown sugar, butter, and cream in a saucepan. Bring slowly to boiling point. When it reaches a full rolling boil, remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and beat until creamy. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
