Aunt Judy’s Dinner Rolls

1 Tbsp. salt
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup rapid rise yeast (3 pkg)
1/4 cup oil
3 1/2 cups warm water

Measure all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Leave well in the center and add oil and hot water. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened... should be lightly sticky. Pour into large oiled bowl. Let rise 30 – 40 minutes. Punch down. Let rise again. Roll only half of the dough at a time. Place roll in pan covered in melted butter. Coat rolls in butter. Let rise again, 30 minutes or so. Bake at 400 for 15 – 20 minutes.
