- 12 pickling cucumbers, sliced to fit
- 2 quarts water
- 1 quart vinegar
- 1 cup non iodized salt (you can halve this)
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- dillweed
- pod garlic
- sliced green tomatoes (optional)
- sliced onions (optional)
Add cucumbers, peppers, dill, garlic, and optional green tomatoes and onions to jar. Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil. Pour over vegetables in jar and seal. Let set for 6 weeks.
