1 7oz can whole green chiles
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Coat 11x7" baking pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 350. Split chiles and open. Remove seeds and veins. Layer in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with Jack cheese & some cheddar. In a small bowl, mix sour cream & eggs. Pour over cheese spreading it evenly. Bake 30-40 minutes until lightly browned around edges and set in center. Remove from heat & let set a few minutes.
