Potato Gulash Breakfast Meal
5 large potatoes
10 slices thick bacon
1 large chopped yellow or purple onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 cups of Cheddar Cheese (Sharp)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Peel and cut potatoes into small squares, grease the bottom of your skillet with olive oil about 3 tablespoos, heat add potatoes cook potatos in low heat. In separate skillet, microwave or oven cook bacon. Use great from bacon to satee your chopped onion and garlic. Taste potatos if cooked chop bacon layer over potatos, then layer cooked onions and garlic. Salt and pepper, then layer the two cups of cheese over your gulash and cover for 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6. Add more bacon, onion or cheese if you wish. Breakfast is served. Enjoy.
