2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup hershey's cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup boiling water
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans or one 13 by 9 by 2-inch baking pan. In large mixer bowl, stir together dry ingridients. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla; beat on mediom speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water(Batter will be thin). Pour into prepared pan. bake 30-35 minutes for round pans, 35-40 minutes for rectangular pan. Let cool for 25-30 minutes. Frost, and serve. I will post the icing I use later...
