Cake
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup Dutch processed dark cocoa powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
8 large eggs
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
12 oz butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
6 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Dark Chocolate & Cinnamon Glaze

6 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
8 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1/3 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Butter and flour a 10-cup bundt pan. Sift flour, cocoa and salt together into medium bowl. Whisk eggs, yolks and vanilla into a bowl and set aside. In heavy mixer, beat butter with paddle attachment on medium speed for one minute. Gradually pour in sugar until butter begins to lighten. Scrape down sides and beat on medium high until light and fluffy.

Adjust mixer to lowest setting and add 1/2 flour mixture and mix until completely absorbed and then add the rest. Add half the egg mixture until blended and smooth. Add remaining egg mixture and beat until almost blended. Remove from mixer and fold in chocolate by hand.

Spoon batter into prepared pan and bake about 1 hour and 10 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool the cake and turn out of pan to cool on a wire rack. Glaze just before serving.

For glaze, put all ingredients into microwave safe bowl. Melt at 50% power in microwave until soft (about 1 minute). Stir and continue heating 1 minute at a time until completely melted. Whisk until fully combined and pour glaze, while still warm, over cooled cake.
