  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
  • 1 cup sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles crumbs.

Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 13\" x 9\" baking pan. Bake crust for 25 minutes.

In a blender, combine the cream cheese, eggs, milk, sugar, 1 tbsp of flour, lemon juice, and grated lemon peel. Blend until smooth.

Pour into baked crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until mixture is set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.

Spread sour cream over the top and chill. Cut into bars.
