Easy Spice Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- 1 package spice cake mix
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two baking sheets. In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, oats, eggs, and oil. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Stir in the raisins by hand. Drop the cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets. Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 7-9 minutes or until lightly browned. Let the cookies cool for 1 minute on the baking sheets then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Store the cookies in an airtight container. These cookies also freeze well.
