- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can (16 ounce size) kidney beans, undrained
- 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 can (28 ounce size) tomatoes, chopped & liquid reserved
- 1 cup water
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- chopped fresh parsley
In a Dutch oven, brown beef until no longer pink. Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
