1 medium onion chopped
6 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
Beef And Cabbage Casserole Method
In a frying pan place the beef together with the onion and cook till hot but not brown and then season with salt and pepper. Put 3 cups cabbage into a casserole bowl and cover with the meat and onion. Top with remaining cabbage and pour soup over the top. Cover the Beef And Cabbage Casserole and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Great served with peas.
