Oriental Dipping Sauce for Egg Rolls

Ready in: 30-60 minutes
- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated horseradish
- 1 piece (1/2-inch size) ginger, peeled and chopped
- OR
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine the marmalade, orange juice, and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth. Add the mustard, horseradish, and ginger. Process until combined. Transfer the sauce to a covered container and chill until ready to use (or at least 30 minutes). Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
