cooking time 1 1/2 hours

1 -16 oz bag baby carrots chopped large pieces
4 stalks of celery chopped
1 medium onion
6 cups chicken broth
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon nature seasons salt
3 pkgs. reams egg noodles
2 lbs cooked and cubed chicken
salt and pepper to taste

Cook and cube chicken in advance. In a large pot boil chicken broth add celery and carrots, and onion. Add seasonings, and chicken. Simmer for 1 hour and 10 mins. Add pkgs. of noodles. Cook for an additional 20 minutes. Serve hot.
