1 Box yellow cake mix
1 15oz. can 100% pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 11oz Bag of butterscotch morsels
1 Single serving 4 oz cinnamon applesauce
2 dashes of cinnamon
Paper cupcake liners

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place liners into two 12 count cupcake pans or spray with non stick cooking oil and lightly flour. Place all five ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir by hand using a large spoon until well blended. Place by large tablespoons full into cupcake pans. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 22 to 24 cupcakes. Can be served hot or cold.

You can add cream cheese icing and add sprinkles to add holiday colors
