Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup corn flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sour cream (can use non-fat)
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 15 ounce can Cream Corn

Ready in 30-60 minutes; serves 9.
Bake in 8x8 pan for 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.
