Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon banana extract
1/4 course grain sea salt

Directions:
Rinse the pumpkin seeds and drain on parchment paper overnight.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients, then add the olive oil. Last toss pumpkin seeds in with the mixture. Spread pumpkin seed mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Store in airtight container.
