1 medium Head of green cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
2 ribs celery, coarsely chopped
7 oz pimento stuffed green olives, coarsely chopped
Dressing:
1/3 cup white or cider vinegar
1 cup oil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. For best flavor, refrigerate salad and let marinate for several hours. Slaw is good for several days.
