1 cup of flour
2 2/3 teaspoon of fresh black pepper
1 1/3 teaspoon of sea salt
1/3 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1 1/4 lb of cleaned and de-veined
2 cups of buttermilk
cover in buffalo sauce to taste



clean and de-vein shrimp let them dry on paper towel for at least 5 minutes. add pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to flour. mix it up with a whisk. then dip shrimp into buttermilk. then roll in flour mix till covered. fry in olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side when finished cover with favorite buffalo sauce
cook at 350
serves 8
