5 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
2 large egg whites, beaten
1 cup (8 ounces) reduced-fat sour cream
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon butter, melted

(1) Place potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
