1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta, cooked and drained
1 (26 ounce) jar Chunky Pasta Sauce
1 (26 ounce) jar Regular Pasta Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pound ground beef-browned
red pepper flakes, pepper, sugar to taste (optional)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese; set aside.
2.In another bowl, thoroughly combine pasta and Pasta Sauce and groud beef
3.In a baking dish, spoon 1/2 of the pasta mixture; evenly top with cheese mixture, then remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and extra parmesean cheese Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Note: I doctored up my sauce first before adding pasta and ground beef with sugar because I dont like sauce with acidic taste. I also added red pepper flakes and pepper to the sauce because I like my sauce a little spicy. All of which is optional.
