Mocha Pecan Bread
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1 1/4 cups sour cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup semisweet morsels
1/2 cup pecans chopped
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Combine sour cream, eggs and butter in a large bowl and stir well. Add flour mixture to sour cream mixture, stirring until blended. Stir in chocolate morsels and pecans.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until top appears glazed and sides pull away from pan. Let cool in pan 10 minutes and remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Yields 1 loaf.
