- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
Cook potatoes in jackets, peel and put through ricer. While warm, mix with hamburger, onion, eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and paprika. Form into balls 1 inch in diameter and roll in flour. Cook in a skillet with cooking oil until done, about 12 minutes.
