Serves/Makes: 1 cup
Ready in: 30-60 minutes

  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chipotle peppers, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until thickened. Transfer to a container and refrigerate until cooled.

Brush over ham and bake until ham is heated through. Remove, slice and serve.
