Ham and Pickle Roll Ups

1 pkg. (6 oz.) sliced smoked ham
1/2 cup cream cheese
4 kosher dill pickle spears

Pat ham slices and pickle spears dry with paper towel. Spread ham with cream cheese, using about 1 tbsp. cream cheese for each slice.

Cut each pickle spear lengthwise in half. Place 1 half on each ham slice. Roll up. Refrigerate 1 hour. (Can be wrapped in plastic wrap and refridgerated up to 24 hours in advance, then cut into pieces just before serving.)

Cut each roll-up into 4 pieces. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
