1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 stick real butter
4 1/2 tablespoons cream

Cook above in iron skillet for 5 minutes.

1 1/2 tablespoons flour
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups whole milk

Mix above together and pour into above mixture. Cook until thickened. Pour into pre-baked 9 inch pie crust.

Use egg whites for meringue for topping.
