3 teaspoons curry powder, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 pound lean beef top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Pure Vegetable Oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cube beef bouillon, crumbled
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Diced Tomatoes in Juice
1 cup water

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, blend 2 teaspoons curry powder, salt and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle over steak. Add meat; cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan; keep warm.
Add onion; cook until tender. Add rice, remaining curry powder, garlic powder, beef bouillon, tomatoes, water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover, cook for 25 minutes.
Stir in beef. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes
