3 Eggs
2 TBLSP. Butter
2/3 CUP Oatmeal
2/3 CUP Coconut
½ CUP Crushed Walnuts
1 TSP. Vanilla
2 CUPS Maple Syrup

Beat the eggs and butter together. Combine the rest of ingredients and stir well. Put mixture in a pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. May vary from oven to oven.
