  • 4 unpared large baking potatoes, cut lengthwise in thick wedges
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • paprika
  • seasoned salt
  • 2 dashes garlic powder
  • freshly ground black pepper

Combine the potato wedges, lemon juice, and oil in a large bowl. Toss gently to coat the potatoes with the oil and lemon juice. Let the potatoes marinate for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on a large non-stick baking sheet. Drizzle any remaining oil mixture over them. Sprinkle the potatoes with the paprika, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and pepper as desired.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes, turning the potatoes occasionally to ensure even browning. If needed, bake an additional 15 minutes or until tender and browned.
