800 g cannellini beans
1/2 bunch coriander, chop
3 cloves garlic, crush
5 T extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
salt and black pepper

Rinse well and drain beans.
Combine cannellini beans, coriander, garlic, olive oil and lemon juice.
Process until smooth, or to your desired consistency.
Taste, and season with salt and pepper.
