Ingredients:
Hamburger mixture: Doubled:
1.5 Lb Lean ground beef 3 Lb
1/2 C. Minute rice 1 C.
1 egg 2
1/8 C. Finely chopped onion 1/4 C.
1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
2 tsp Baking powder 4 tsp
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbsp
Sauce mix:
1 10.25oz can Tomato soup 2 cans
1 8oz can Tomato Sauce 16oz
1/2 C. Milk 1 C.

Pre heat oven to 375 deg F. Combine hamburger mixture and roll into meatballs (aprox 1 1/2"). Place meatballs in small roasting dish (medium if doubling) cover and cook in oven until hamburger is cooked, about 1 hour. Carefully drain most of the grease with a baister. Combine sauce mix and pour over meatballs cover and return to oven for about 30min until sauce start to bubble and thicken.

If serving over cooked rice or mashed potatoes use twice the sauce mix.
