5 lbs Potatoes pealed and cubed 1"
1 tbsp Salt
4 cloves Garlic minced
1 sm Onion minced
1/4 cup Butter (1/2 stick)
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tbsp Parsley flakes
1 Tbsp Chives

Put potatoes in a large Dutch oven with salt and enough water to cover. Boil 20-25 minutes until tender and drain. Immediately combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix until potatoes are creamy. Gravy optional!
