Bloody Caesar

- celery salt
- 1 quart Clamato clam tomato juice cocktail
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 8 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Rose's lime juice, plus more for the glass rims
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and black pepper, as needed
- 6 celery stalks
- OR
- 6 lime twists
Pour some lime juice in a shallow dish. Pour celery salt onto a plate or saucer. Invert a highball glass and dip the rim of the glass into the lime juice then into the celery salt. Fill the glass with ice and set the glass aside. Repeat with remaining glasses. In a pitcher, combine the Clamato, tabasco, vodka, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper (as desired). Mix well then pour into the rimmed glasses. Serve each cocktail garnished with a celery stick and/or a lime twist.
