- 2 packages (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- bacon bits
Beat together the cream cheese, salad dressing mix, and Cheddar until well mixed. Form into a ball. Roll the ball in the bacon bits. Place on a plate and refrigerate for 10 minutes then serve with crackers. To make this in advance, refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving then remove from the refrigerator.
