1 Gallon kosher dill pickles
7 cups sugar
6oz. bottle Louiesiana Hot sauce

Drian all juice from pickles, rince pickles and lay on towel to dry for about 20 minutes to 1/2 hour, slice pickles to desired thickness and return to the empty gallon jar.
add the 7 cups of sugar and the bottle of hot sauce, place in refridg., then rotate the jar from right side up to upside down and so fourth for the next 7 days.
place pickles into jars and add juice to each one seal ,keep refridgerated , these pickles are fantastic ......enjoy

Wash large cucumbers and slice. Soak overnight in lime solution made with 1 c. lime to 1 gallon water. Rinse well then cover with clear cold water and let soak 3 hours. Make syrup solution of: 8 c.
